1. General Terms

  1. By registering and using Tirpay services, the user agrees to all terms and conditions stated on this page.
  2. Tirpay reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to users via the website and email.
  3. Users are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information in their account. Providing false information will result in account suspension.
  4. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their account (password and login credentials).
  5. Tirpay is not liable for damages resulting from unauthorized access to user accounts due to user negligence.
  6. Using Tirpay services for illegal activities, money laundering, or terrorism financing is strictly prohibited.
  7. Tirpay reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts of users who violate these terms without prior notice.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

  1. All users are required to complete the identity verification process to use Tirpay services.
  2. Level 1 verification includes providing personal information and uploading a national ID photo, and is sufficient for basic services.
  3. Level 2 verification includes address confirmation and video identification, and is required for physical cards and higher transaction limits.
  4. Tirpay reserves the right to reject incomplete or suspicious verification requests.
  5. User personal information is stored and protected in accordance with data protection regulations.

3. Physical Card Rules

  1. Physical cards are issued and shipped within 1 to 7 business days after order and payment.
  2. Shipping costs are calculated separately and are non-refundable.
  3. In case of loss or theft of a physical card, the user must immediately block the card through the dashboard.
  4. Tirpay is not responsible for transactions made before the card is blocked after loss or theft.
  5. Reissuing a physical card requires a new payment.
  6. Physical cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder.

4. Virtual Card Rules

  1. Virtual cards are issued instantly, and card details are displayed in the user dashboard.
  2. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of virtual card information (card number, CVV, and expiry date).
  3. Virtual cards can only be used for online transactions and do not support cash withdrawals.
  4. If virtual card information is compromised, the user must immediately block the card through the dashboard.
  5. Tirpay does not offer balance transfers between cards.

5. Gift Card Rules

  1. Gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and the code has been delivered.
  2. Users are responsible for the correct use of gift card codes.
  3. Tirpay is not liable if a gift card code is entered incorrectly by the user.
  4. Gift cards have expiry dates, and their value is forfeited if not used by the stated date.
  5. Users must verify the type, amount, and geographic region of the gift card before purchase.

6. Cryptocurrency Rules

  1. Cryptocurrency trading is executed at real-time market rates, with the final rate determined at the time of transaction confirmation.
  2. Tirpay is not responsible for cryptocurrency price fluctuations.
  3. Users must carefully enter the destination wallet address. Transactions sent to incorrect addresses are irreversible.
  4. Minimum and maximum transaction amounts vary depending on the currency type and market conditions.
  5. Tirpay reserves the right to suspend transactions suspected of money laundering or illegal activity.

7. International Accounts

  1. Opening an international account requires completion of Level 2 identity verification and document approval.
  2. Users are responsible for compliance with tax and currency regulations of both origin and destination countries.
  3. Tirpay reserves the right to close accounts with suspicious activity.
  4. Maintenance fees and commissions for international accounts are calculated according to the fee schedule.

8. Virtual Numbers

  1. Virtual numbers are provided for receiving SMS verification codes and activating online accounts.
  2. Virtual numbers have a limited validity period and will not be usable after expiration.
  3. Tirpay does not guarantee SMS reception from all services, and refunds are not provided if SMS is not received.
  4. Using virtual numbers for illegal activities is prohibited.

9. Hardware Wallets

  1. Hardware wallets sold by Tirpay are original and factory-sealed.
  2. Hardware wallet warranties are provided according to the manufacturer's terms.
  3. Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product remains sealed.
  4. Tirpay is not responsible for loss of assets stored in hardware wallets due to forgotten recovery phrases.
