Cards
Virtual cards are issued instantly, in less than one minute. Card details including card number, expiry date, and CVV appear in your dashboard immediately after payment.
Physical cards take between 1 to 7 business days depending on the card type and delivery destination. A postal tracking code will be sent to you after issuance.
You can top up your card through your dashboard using two methods: Rial payment via bank gateway, or USDT (Tether) on the TRC20 network. USDT top-ups are processed automatically 24/7.
No, Tirpay cards are prepaid cards and cash withdrawal from the card balance is not available. The balance can only be used for online payments and purchases.
Yes, all your card transactions are viewable in your user dashboard. You can see details of each transaction including amount, date, merchant, and status.
Tirpay offers Visa and Mastercard from three regions: Turkey, United Arab Emirates, and Europe. Each type is available in both virtual and physical formats.
Yes, some Tirpay cards can be linked to Apple Pay and Google Pay. For detailed information about supported cards, visit the services page or contact our support team.
Virtual cards only have digital information (card number, CVV, and expiry date) and are suitable for online purchases. Physical cards are actual plastic cards shipped to you that can be used for online purchases as well as in-store and ATM transactions.
For payments on websites that block Iranian IPs, you may need to use a VPN. However, accessing the Tirpay dashboard and managing your cards does not require a VPN.
Cards issued by Tirpay have a 3-year validity period. The exact expiry date is printed on the card and also visible in your dashboard.
Identity Verification
Tirpay has two levels of identity verification. Level 1 includes submitting personal information and uploading a national ID photo. Level 2 includes address verification and video identification. The required level depends on the type of service.
For Level 1: a photo of your national ID (front and back) and a selfie with your national ID. For Level 2: a utility bill (electricity, gas, or phone) in your name and a short verification video.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are delivered digitally via email or SMS. The activation code is sent to your dashboard and email immediately after purchase or within 30 minutes at most.
No, gift cards are non-refundable once purchased and the code has been delivered. Please make sure of the type and amount of the gift card before purchasing.
Cryptocurrency
Cryptocurrency transactions are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes. The exact time depends on blockchain network congestion and the number of required confirmations.

Tirpay supports three payment methods: Rials (via bank gateway), USDT Tether (on TRC20 network), and Tirpay wallet. You can first top up your wallet and then use it to purchase services.
Yes, Tirpay is accessible through a web application (PWA) on all devices. Dedicated Android and iOS apps are also available. You can add the Tirpay dashboard to your home screen for quick access.
If a transaction is cancelled or refunded by a merchant, the amount is returned to your card balance within 1 to 3 business days. For Rial refunds, please contact our support team.
